Comfort Tech has been taking care of our home heating and cooling for over nine years now.
New furnace, new AC and gas hot water conversion from electric. So very happy with their knowledge and expertise in this field. The company has expanded so much since we began with them and we look forward to their twice yearly visits to keep things running. Also since we started having the comfort tech truck visit our home, most of our neighbours have signed on as well.
Dealing with Comfort Tech was awesome. The tech came earlier due to a cancellation. He was professional and very helpful. He answered our questions in a way we could understand. He also answered questions about our other heating and cooling equipment.
We were sold on a service contract with Comfort Tech back in May when they came to service our AC and to my surprise our furnace as well! I am grateful I have the service as otherwise I likely would have forgotten to do this one. The service contact is definitely the way to go! One of my neighbours even flagged down my tech as he was leaving for help at his place!
