I have had regular maintenance with Comfort Tech on my gas heating equipment and air conditioner for 7 years. I have always found the staff courteous, friendly, responsive and professional. I upgraded my furnace this week and would like to mention the team sent out to do the installation. Max, Dixon, Andre and Jason are just another example of the excellent staff working for Comfort Tech. They were hard working, respectful and a pleasure to work with. Nathan and Nick who are also staff members were excellent earlier in the week during consults. I will always recommend Comfort Tech.
I've used Comfort Tech for 3 years for annual maintenance, install thermostat, install water heater and a furnace installation. Always prompt service, always take the time to answer questions. Great company, great employees.

From the person on the phone that we booked an appointment with, to the crew who came to the house to do the work, it was a great experience. Everything was done on time, with explanations of what they were doing and what to expect. The entire crew worked with professionalism were very respectful.

I used the online booking and received a response right away! The maintenance was scheduled, then a courtesy reminder call the day before. Morgan was our technician and he took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He was more than professional and personable. I highly recommend this locally owned company :D
Jeff, Matt, Chad, and Max were very professional, courteous, and thorough. Comfort Tech pulled through for us during a furnace breakdown and supplied us with a new high efficiency, super quiet furnace. We now enjoy even temperature throughout the whole house. Thank you to Jeff for having the foresight to order plenty of new furnaces before the winter season started (especially during this time of low supplies). The old furnace broke down on a Monday, and the new furnace was installed on Thursday. That's what we call efficient! Thank you Comfort Tech.
Recently Comfort Tech installed a new AC system for us in September...their whole crew was friendly and professional. Yesterday Mike and Shay came out to check the furnace and will again check the AC in the Spring..( free first year service) then we will go on to the annual service program. I would totally recommend Comfort Tech Heating & Cooling Ltd. for anyone wishing to deal with a reliable company.
