We recently had a water tank and air conditioner replaced and the both the new product and the support from ComfortTech was exceptional. Max, Dawson and Daniel were very responsive during the installation and adjusted seamlessly when it was found that the water tank had an internal crack that was not noticeable until it had been installed.
We have been using ComfortTech for at least 5 years and always go to them for our heating and air conditioning needs. They are not necessarily the cheapest option available but they are value for money when it comes to product quality and level of service.
Best service we've ever had! Courteous clean, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. Would recommend them to anyone.
COMFORT TECH installed a new Furnace and Air Conditioner last year and I was impressed with the work that they did. They replied to my inquires quickly and sent out technicians to deal with programming the new thermostat for me. I would recommend this Company if anyone is thinking of buying a new heating or cooling unit.

Contracting for any service that I've not previously required always makes me very apprehensive.
What caused me to select Comfort Tech was their advertised "flat rate quote in advance".
My request for service was in regard to a 4 year old propane fireplace insert that was having a couple of different intermittent issues.
Mike and Daniel diagnosed the issues quickly, and then performed a full maintenance service - even though that had not been requested when booking the appointment, they agreed to do it on the spot at my request.
The price was exactly as quoted for both the diagnostic and maintenance service. I could not be more pleased by the outcome - and will definitely use Comfort Tech again as needed.

Outstanding Service When We Needed It Most – Highly Recommend Comfortech HVAC!
We were without heat for two long days in January. It wasn't super cold but still pretty chilly. I didn't want to call on the weekend so I left a message and as soon as Comfortech opened, they called us right back—no waiting, no runaround. Their responsiveness alone was a huge relief, and the fact that I could make an appointment for the same day.
Our technician was absolutely incredible: arrived right on time, kind, patient, and truly helpful. He took the time to listen, answered all our questions honestly, and explained everything clearly without any pressure or technical jargon. It was obvious he genuinely cared about our situation.
Not only did he fix the issue efficiently, but he went the extra mile to ensure everything was working perfectly. His professionalism and warmth made us super happy. He also gave us great tips and II was super happy with everything.
Comfortech is honest, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with. If you're looking for an HVAC company you can trust—especially in an emergency—look no further. I highly recommend them without hesitation.

Just had a wonderful experience getting our AC fixed, it was fast, the two techs were friendly and nice. They gave me some helpful advice to get a better fitted filter as well as some other tips and tricks to make the AC work better. We had our furnace put in with them and it was still under warranty, but I always expect a fight....but there was none at all.
I think we overpaid a bit for our initial unit, so make sure to look up the approximate costs of the base unit before signing anything....but other than that I can't recommend Comfortech enough and we are extremely happy with their service and friendly, professional nature.
It is refreshing to deal with kind and helpful people.
Comfort tech has been maintaining my HVAC equipment for a number of years. It was time to replace my furnace and air conditioner. Awesome work by Nick, Chad, and John. They were all very professional. Would highly recommend them.
