We have had a couple of issues with our furnace and found that Peter and David were knowledgeable and were able to diagnose and resolve the problem. We find this company professional, organized and proficient . Their receptionist, Emily is excellent as well.

ComfortTech installed a new 3 head split system for us and it's better than expected. Nick was very thorough with the initial inspection and quotes, outlining everything we should expect with the install. The crew took 2.5 days for our fairly big job, everyone was very professional and courteous and did a fantastic job hiding all the conduit and wiring within the walls. We can't wait for the Okanagan Summer to hit so we can use it.

I needed a fireplace inspection + service for my home. I was given a window of 8-10 am of when the Technician (Mike) would arrive. he arrived at 08:00 on the dot which was much appreciated. He did a great job and I was very happy with the service. The office staff & booking process was also very positive. I would not hesitate to use this company again
Fireplaces would not ignite in a reasonable amount of time and sometimes not at all. The problem was diagnosed quickly and efficiently. I believe it was the thermo coupler in both instances. Now the FP fires up like it should on the first attempt. Very satisfied.
Had the good fortune to have met Nick, Max and John, from Comfort Tech who advised and installed my heat pump and tankless water heater. All where very thoughtful, with great attention to detail and a quality service.
