im thrilled that Elliot Soar was dispatched to solve my gas fireplace issues yestereday. over the years i have become skeptical about the quality of service by tradesmen. he was so knowlegeable and patient. he sourced the problems quickly and offered a few options to solve them. my fireplaces are old and the only heat source in most of my home. Elliot had affordable options and reassurance that there are many years left in the fireplaces yet. he is a gas fitter, so eminently qualified. he is the nicest tradesmen hired by me and i am so relieved. in fact im going to call his boss right now..
I am pleased to provide a favourable review of Comfort Tech. They installed my system about 4 years ago and have been maintaining it since. I have had zero issues with my system; it performs exactly as they said it would. Their techs are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and the dog loves the tech who we usually see. 100% recommend.
Recelently had my furnace and water heater replaced by Comfort tek. This guy's are timely first of all,very professional operation, the staff are very knowledgeable. We always have great service with Comfort Tech and I just have to give a special kudos to Zach our technician who came to do our regular maintenance service and I mentioned a water stain in the guest bathroom. He went up into the attic to see what might have caused it. Thankfully all is well and may just be a humidity issue but Zach was so great and we really appreciated his effort to make sure all was well. Thank you Zach!
