We recently installed a Ductless Mini Split system from Comfort Tech. Our experience was incredible . We had gone through a 44c heat wave and decided it was time to make the call for AC. From the first contact with the extraordinary ladies in the office, the estimation process to the installation was all done very professionally and in a short time frame. The installation team arrived as planned and installed the unit within the schedule given. The work done by Jason, Andre and Dixon was amazing. The care taken was beyond our expectations. Their knowledge and expertise definitely showed in the quality of the work completed. I would highly recommend Comfort Tech to anyone requiring AC.
Called for an estimate for a complete system for our new to us, 40yr old home.
Nick came in to see us on the July 1 stat. Who works on stats? Apparently Nick does, when it comes to looking after new customers with a "repeat job home".
Our address has been on Comfort Techs list for almost 15 yrs. So it was reassuring to have someone familiar with our home there.
Nick is very personable. He listened to our challenges, and asked a lot of good questions. He did a thorough walk through of the house, made notes on details such as where power was in the house, where the head units would go and so on.
We asked questions based on our own research, and from there we were able to make the best decisions for our installation.
The next day we made our way to the showroom (still under construction in the new digs btw, but the atmosphere is busy as a beehive)
Nick let us look at a unit similar to the one he had spec'd out for us.
The brand we went for, Daikin, came with an unbelievable warranty for not just parts and labour, but also the workmanship. And covered longer than any of the other manufacturers.
Afterwards, it was a small tour of the facility, and a few quick introductions. We were feeling at ease with our decision to go with CT more and more.
The quote was drawn up, we agreed and the parts that weren't in stock, were ordered and arrived promptly.
Not even 2 full working days in, their plans went smooth, the subcontracted electrician was in and out, the boys dug in and got the work done.
They looked after us very well, with great communication, a clean install and the job done under budget
I highly recommend Comfort Tech. And will continue to do so whenever I hear of someone needing services like they provide.

Had Travis from Comfort Tech come and diagnose an issue with my AC today and he was great. He figured out the problems incredibly quickly and he was very reasonable about the options I had for repair/replacement.
He presented them to me in a way that made me trust his judgement and his diagnosis. He then provided me with a written explanation of my issues so that I can take the diagnosis to any repair company that I want. This kind of confidence is only available from companies who know they are trustworthy and do good work.
I will be using Comfort Tech (and particularly Travis) for all HVAC repairs in the future, and I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a good diagnosis for their system .
SHOUT OUT to the amazing team at Comfort Tech Heating & Cooling Ltd. for a flawless job! Our mini-split air conditioning crapped out (terrible timing!!! ????) and they came to the rescue to instal a new one. Everythign from the first call to paymnent was executed brilliantly. On time, friendly, casual yet proffesional & left nothing behind except for my new state of the art cooling system. Thank you gentlemen. 5 STARS all around!
