Truly, the whole experience was excellent! From the quick response to our initial email, right through to completion! Your sales rep, Nick, was personable and clearly very knowledgeable. He respected the needs of the house and did not push equipment we didn't need.
The installation crew ( Chad, Max and Jeffrey) were very efficient and respectful. The furnace was to be placed in our 3 foot crawl space, so I know Our install was a bit of a nightmare for them but we never heard any grumbling or negativity. They just got the job done.
We are very appreciative of their efforts and professionalism.

We had a heat pump a/c, furnace and hot water tank installed.We liked everything about the company and their employees. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Nick was our Advisor and help us make the right choice Our session was very educational and helpful. No pressure at all. Mat did the necessary assessments and again talked to us about our needs. Mat, Braden and Chad did the installation and we were very happy with all that they did.Can't forget Jason - very effective and patient.
