I got a maintenance check on my gas fireplace and was extremely happy with the service provided by Aussie Mike! He was very proffesional, knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me everything that was going on with my fireplace and what to do and look out for in the future with it, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend comfort tech to anyone, especially if Mike is the person to come to your home!

Nick was extremely knowledgeable, very efficient and an amazing salesman. He went above and beyond in answering all of the questions that my Strata had and got things done right away. Had an after hours emergency where our furnace wouldn't cut in on a cold night so called the Comfort Tech 24 line for help. Aussie Mike responded by phone within a few minutes and was at our house within 40 min. He knew exactly what was wrong, fixed it quickly and stayed to make sure it was working properly before he left. Thank you!

November 18, 2022 I came home around 3:30 and discovered my furnace had been off all day. This was due to a furnace upgrade installation send out from the manufacturer.
Aussie Mike came out and had the problem fixed within a short time after his arrival. He fully explained the problem and the steps he took to solving the problem and ensuring it did not happen again.
Aussie Mike was very friendly even closed up the crawl space for me.

After our old-age furnace threw in the towel on a Friday night, Comfort Tech were the first company to return calls on Saturday morning for an emergency repair.
Michael Da Silva Arcangle "Aussie Mike" arrived when he said he would, and managed to repair the furnace quickly and with minimal parts and labor. He walked me through the repair process and was exceptionally knowledgeable on my homes heating and cooling systems. I had an unexpectedly and overwhelmingly positive experience with Mike, and I am confident in saying he is now our go-to guy for any future home heating and cooling needs.
He recommended a Comfort Tech maintenance subscription plan that we will be signing up for imminently.
