Nick came in and explained everything to a T and gave us exact pricing. The installation group came in and did everything that is needed as well as anything we asked. From Nick to the group of installers to Taylor and the office staff we were treated extremely well and had everything explained. And on top of all this the installers cleaned up beyond our expectations. These people go above and beyond for whatever you ask. Thank you very much

ComfortTech was able to provide same day diagnostic service when we found ourselves with no heat one morning! The repair and maintenance was completed the following day by "Aussie Mike" who was very professional and helpful. He answered my numerous questions and provided useful advice. I ultimately signed up for their Comfort Plan and will not hesitate to use this company's services again.

My grandma's furnace quit on Thursday evening and they sent a tech out Friday, despite the crazy snow and highway conditions! Would definitely recommend for hvac repairs. Just an FYI; a service call does cost around $130.
About a year and a half to two years ago I had a company come in because our furnace was not working properly. The company quoted over $200 for a part and then labour to put the part in. I called Comfort Tech and they looked at the furnace and said it just needed an adjustment; a $100 service call. When my furnace finally went this October, I got three quotes for the purchase and installation of a new furnace. Was Comfort Tech the lowest quote; no, they came in as the middle quote. Because of the past repair of our furnace, we went with Comfort Tech because of their honesty. All the employees were polite, cheerful (even though it was a difficult install) and were always on time. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade or replace their furnace, air conditioner or any other equipment that might be needed.

Job performance terrific
I can't say enough good things about this company. I use them for all my heating & AC needs. I signed up for the preventative maintenance program to have my system serviced twice a year and it's worth every cent! The technician Mike who serviced my HVAC system went on time, professional and took the time with me to fully explain my system to me. Mike also went above & beyond to diagnose why my fire place wasn't working and fixed the problem. I highly recommend this company !
