Friendly and on-time technician. I appreciated him teaching me as he went. Our fireplace was an absolute hot mess of issues. Some of those issues, the tech wasn't sure about and I appreciated that he was upfront about his limitations and got a supervisor's input asap. Will be using these folks again.

The moment I spoke to the staff in the office to schedule the service we knew we'd had made the right choice. Our technician Elliot was courtious and quick to come up with solutions to our challenges. While the job grew larger as the day progressed, there was no hesitation to stay late and get the job done. Would most definitely recommend Comfort Tech.
We asked to have our system checked because a duct cleaning business said we had a problem that needed to be fixed before they could begin cleaning. ComfortTech did not find any problem. This confirmed my theory.
