All was very good. Technician called ahead of time, turned up on time, was both pleasant and very informative, spending time with me to explain the system, and potential issues. Had a follow up call from the company within a few hours.
We had a comfort tech crew come in and replace a hot water tank. We called to schedule the service, and they ordered and replaced the hot water tank the next day. They were courteous, professional and efficient. We would recommend using this company.

For two years running I have had Comfort Tech Heating & Cooling in Kelowna come to my home to either service my furnace or give a health report for insurance purposes. Both times have been very happy with the work and the great customer service. You can't go wrong with this company.

We recently signed up for their bi-annual heating/cooling system inspection program. We were pleased with the first inspection. The technician explained the advantages of the regular visits and gave us a few suggestions to get the best results out of our furnace and air conditioner. They provide 2 inspections for a reasonable fee and best of all they will contact in spring and fall to arrange for servicing.***** & *************************
