My experience with Comfort Tech was amazing. From the first time I talked to Taylor who was very friendly, prompt and directed my call to Nick. Nick was extremely knowledgeable, very efficient and an amazing salesman. He went above and beyond in answering all of the questions that my Strata had and got things done right away. Jeffrey and Max did a great job installing the heat pump system and Tim the electrician was awesome too. Had an after hours emergency where our furnace wouldn't cut in on a cold night so called the Comfort Tech 24 line for help. Aussie Mike responded by phone within a few minutes and was at our house within 40 min. He knew exactly what was wrong, fixed it quickly and stayed to make sure it was working properly before he left. Thank you!
Aussie Mike is awesome. My fireplace pilot light would not turn on and Mike was able to correct the problem in a timely manner. He is personable, polite, and efficient. Thank you Aussie Mike and Comfort Tech.

November 18, 2022 I came home around 3:30 and discovered my furnace had been off all day. This was due to a furnace upgrade installation send out from the manufacturer.
Aussie Mike came out and had the problem fixed within a short time after his arrival. He fully explained the problem and the steps he took to solving the problem and ensuring it did not happen again.
Aussie Mike was very friendly even closed up the crawl space for me.

After our old-age furnace threw in the towel on a Friday night, Comfort Tech were the first company to return calls on Saturday morning for an emergency repair.
Michael Da Silva Arcangle "Aussie Mike" arrived when he said he would, and managed to repair the furnace quickly and with minimal parts and labor. He walked me through the repair process and was exceptionally knowledgeable on my homes heating and cooling systems. I had an unexpectedly and overwhelmingly positive experience with Mike, and I am confident in saying he is now our go-to guy for any future home heating and cooling needs.
He recommended a Comfort Tech maintenance subscription plan that we will be signing up for imminently. Mike being an absolutely fantastic tech, I would be eager to follow his services wherever he finds himself. Nick came in and explained everything to a T and gave us exact pricing. The installation group came in and did everything that is needed as well as anything we asked. From Nick to the group of installers to Taylor and the office staff we were treated extremely well and had everything explained. And on top of all this the installers cleaned up beyond our expectations. These people go above and beyond for whatever you ask. Thank you very much

ComfortTech was able to provide same day diagnostic service when we found ourselves with no heat one morning! The repair and maintenance was completed the following day by "Aussie Mike" who was very professional and helpful. He answered my numerous questions and provided useful advice.
