I had my AC quiet on a Saturday long weekend. Called the 24 hour service. Explained what needed to be repaired and replaced. Even did a free follow up call to check it over.

What an amazing experience. AC broke down, very old unit, thought for sure we would have to replace it, but no, it was fixed in a 45 min visit. Tech was very knowledgeable.
Would for sure call them again.

I feel this is a very trustworthy company, that does what is needed and not out to gouge you . I recommend the service contract, for worry free service spring and fall . I have been very happy with the service I have gotten (6+ years). Good knowledgeable Technicians that know what they are doing A+. The best in Kelowna as far as I am concerned.

Comfort Tech service techs are always professional and explain everything they find. Office always gets back in a timely manner and follows up as needed.

Comfort Tech recently installed a Magic Pack in my condo unit. Seamless service and install!The Team is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.And just this week Comfort Tech installed a complete furnace/air/humidifier package in my 20+ year old house. I have had great customer service with this company, both regular maintenance and emergency call out service. Mike was great, I highly recommend them. Told me about rebates I could apply for too which is helpful.
