A perfect experience! From my initial phone call , appointments and discussions with a terrific company representative. He was fair and presented all options. I actually decided to proceed with Comfort Tech because **** was such a fine, honest and ******* fellow. As were **** and **** who arrived within a week to do a flawless install. They were engaging and explained various options, as well as fully explaining how to operate the new furnace.This sounds corny, but it actually felt like these 3 colleagues were a family of sorts. We have been customers for many years now and are always impressed by the high calibre of their staff. We just had a furnace and two water heaters replaced: the crews were on time, well prepared and worked diligently to get all the work completed within a day. A minor issue with the furnace was corrected quickly. In times of declining service levels, ComfortTech is a great example of just doing it right!
I have used Comfort Tech since my husband and I purchased our home - we rely on their twice a year visit for any maintenance and reassurance that our system is functioning. the contract we make sure we have, gives us a feeling of security. The service-person who comes to the house is polite, respectful and answers all our questions with confidence, which again is reassuring. We truly would not use anyone else!
