I was pleased that I was contacted quite soon after my inquiry. The two young technicians who came to check my furnace/air conditioner unit were polite, courteous and seemed quite knowledgeable.
We had to get a new furnace and air conditioner as part of our renovation, although it was unexpected. All of the technicians were courteous and respectful. I felt this was a reflection on the owner(s), so because of that we completely trusted their judgement on what was required. We do not regret our decision.

Overall we are very pleased with our Comfort Tech experience. A multi-split heat pump solution was recommended for our older, ductless house. The physical quirks of our house provided challenges for the estimate/installation team. An experienced and reassuring approach led to an end result that looks crisp, clean, and professional (interior and exterior).
We are looking forward to a comfortable summer and won't miss our loud a/c window shakers one bit.
Outstanding customer service. Technician was thorough, informative and professional. I have a new home and didn't think I needed things looked at so soon but I learned that staying on top of things will ensure I get the best performance from my furnace and AC.
