Comfort Tech and Cooling have been maintaining our furnace and Air conditioner for the past 8 years. Jeff and Terri and the whole staff are the Best. While we were on vacation our house sitter had an issue and Jeff went over to make sure all was well. This Company goes the extra mile and does not try to sell you anything you don't need. While I was running a hotel, Comfort Tech took care of all our heating and cooling issues. It's a Great Comfort to know Comfort Tech is on the job!
The staff here very well mannered and kept track of when we next needed servicing, for the next year. (something I forget to do!) They provided cheaper filters than anywhere else, and I checked online for better prices. They cleaned up their work area and made me very comfortable with my purchase. (I just replace hot water tank, furnace and A/C)
I started using Comfort Tech when I first moved to the Okanagan and needed a new furnace. Since then I annually purchase preventive maintenance visits for my furnace and air conditioning. Last winter we needed an emergency visit to trouble shoot why our furnace wasn't coming on. The technician from Comfort Tech came out quickly and solved our issue. I appreciate the feedback from the techs when they are onsite and the courteous reminder calls from the office to schedule my service visits. Great company!!

My furnace quit during a cool night, the office manager Toni quickly arranged an appointment within 2 hours, Jason did a thorough job making it work temporarily until a specially ordered part arrived from out of town, and he installed the part right the next morning. I am deeply appreciated this wonderful experience.
Now, I have signed up as a total comfort plan member who is enjoying:
1. 3 Comfort Tune Ups in the 1st year, follows 2 each year thereafter. This provides a peace of mind to save money on utility costs, and cleaner system with improved indoor air quality.
2. 15% discount on any accessories or repairs, including parts and labor, plus a full 5 year warranty.
3. Receiving preferred and priority service.
4. Can save and accrue the Total Comfort Plan investment for up to 2 years to put towards a qualifying high efficiency system.
