The level of service provided by the office staff and the site technicians is always friendly, efficient and reliable. Our recent furnace servicing was done by Jeff and he is great: very polite and knowledgeable. A few years ago we purchased a new A/C unit and have been very pleased with everything from the installation to the performance and the annual check-ups. Highly recommend this company!!

My experience with Comfort Tech from start to finish was absolutely amazing! I sent an email to ask for a quote and the next morning I had a phone call followed up with an email. An appointment was booked for an estimate within a couple days. The salesman was very informative and answered all of my questions. At no time was he pushing me into a product or service that I didn't need. His advice was so great, I didn't bother contacting another company for an estimate. Their service won me over! I also couldn't have asked for a better installation team. They kept me informed every step of the process so that there was no surprises. The work area was left spotless, in fact better than when they arrived.I was given a demo on how to use my new thermostat and was invited to contact them with any further questions. I look forward to dealing with Comfort Tech in the future.

Jason and Rob came to do annual maintenance on my furnace. They were friendly, honest and highly professional. And they gave me some great tips for general maintenance on the furnace, like types of filters that will help it run even more efficiently going forward. Their level of knowledge and quality of service were both excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Tech!
This company certainly lives up to their name. They are a personable group of qualified technicians and friendly caring staff.
The heating system they installed in my home two years ago has been keeping my home very comfortable. It is designed using the most up to date technology and it is very quiet and efficient.
Knowing the Comfort Tech people are keeping it well maintained is a great comfort to me.
