We have a service contract with them and we have been very impressed with the technicians knowledge of the different systems that comprise our heating, cooling and air exchange units.
When it came time to replace our older hot water tank we called them to get a quote. They were very helpful in explaining the products, had competitive rates and offered us a $150.00 rebate which was available in October.
Jason and Jeff arrived on time this morning wearing masks and gave us a form to fill out regarding our health and exposure during these Covid times. They were very professional and easy to deal with !!! They had the old tank out and the new one in place in a very organized fashion and they explained our new system thoroughly. They also provided us a gas permit and the phone number to call to have a City of Kelowna inspector do a follow up.
We highly recommend this company for any of your service needs !!

From booking our appointment for an annual check on our furnace to the departure of the technician, we were extremely satisfied with this company. Our technician Jeff, was professional, knowledgeable and careful when adhering to Covid protocols. He even told us how to go about applying for a $50 rebate from ******for having this maintenance check done!

I am more than pleased to write a review for the staff at Comfort Tech. I have used them for years and I also have a service agreement with them. The office staff, are always efficient and friendly my work is scheduled in a timely fashion and they seek feedback after the visit. Most recently during these times of covid I was impressed with Jasen, Mike and Jeff wearing masks. A few articles that needed to be stored up high were forgotten and Jeff came out to help and additionally asked if there was anything else he could help me with before he left. All of these young men are exceptional both with their trade and interpersonal skills. I highly recommend Comfort Tech.

Morgan not only provided excellent service, but explained how everything worked in our new home, made great suggestions to save energy costs, and took the time to ensure we applied for all the energy rebates that we would be eligible for.
