This company has been taking care of my heating and cooling for a few years and I'm really happy. The service people are always very nice and skilled, and with my service agreement ( very affordable) they know when they need to show up!
Recelently had my furnace and water heater replaced by Comfort tek. This guy's are timely first of all,very professional operation, the staff are very knowledgeable. We always have great service with Comfort Tech and I just have to give a special kudos to Zach our technician who came to do our regular maintenance service and I mentioned a water stain in the guest bathroom. He went up into the attic to see what might have caused it. Thankfully all is well and may just be a humidity issue but Zach was so great and we really appreciated his effort to make sure all was well. Thank you Zach!

I just had my furnace serviced by Zach. I was impressed with his knowledge and that he shared some very useful tips (i.e. water sensor alert, and the Fortis rebate). I really appreciate the information. But even better than that - he is such a friendly, easy going young man. It was a pleasure to have him here and to also have a chat about random topics. Great sense of humour! He is an asset to your company.

Comfort Tech was recommended to us by our neighbours, who had a furnace and air conditioner replacement earlier this year. I have to agree with them that this company is outstanding! My tech was a young man, Elliot, who went above and beyond with the maintenance check on our furnace and gas fireplace, plus answering all of my questions on things I was unsure of. He was polite, kind and worked diligently to make everything perfect. I would highly suggest using this company for all your heating and cooling needs.

As noted previously, a professional and courteous staff who don't try and up-sell but are knowledgeable and discuss options available if they see a potential issue. Good crew - even the office staff arranging appointments. Speedy and considerate.
