Everyone I had to deal with from the start to the end was good. When I had questions about the rebate from Fortis gas. They helped me when I needed any information. As well as customer service from Fortis gas.
There were two installer working on installkng a new furnace, along with new humidifier, and filter system. There were some modifications needed to be done to bring everything up to code. All the work looked very professionally done. I'm happy with my new heating system.

I have always been pleased with the products and service I've received from Comfort Tech. They installed our previous furnace, air conditioner, hot water tank and humidifier and I've had a maintenance contract for several years which makes for stress-free care. I just had a new furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank installed and Rob and Jen were very prompt, efficient, considerate and left the work area very clean. We have had Comfort tech do maintenance on our heating and cooling appliances for a while now and are pleased with their work and knowledge. They found some issues including incorrect installations that they rectified. They are courteous and explain well what they found and advise. I also so appreciate that they wear slippers over shoes and don't leave tracks on our floors. I appreciate their respect.
I have had several services provided by Comfort Tech, including the installation of a furnace, air conditioning unit and hot water tank, and have always been pleased with them.
From the moment our call was answered by Paula (yes, an actual person picked up!) we received nothing but outstanding customer service. Our tech was friendly and efficient. The quote was accurate; no hidden surprises! 5 star outfit all the way.
Comfort tech was recommended to us by our parents and we have had them for a number of years now and are very pleased with the service provided. Technician Jeff was courteous and helpful. He took time to explain things and to make us aware of the rebate which is a good savings.
We have a service contract with them and we have been very impressed with the technicians knowledge of the different systems that comprise our heating, cooling and air exchange units.
When it came time to replace our older hot water tank we called them to get a quote. They were very helpful in explaining the products, had competitive rates and offered us a $150.00 rebate which was available in October.
Jason and Jeff arrived on time this morning wearing masks and gave us a form to fill out regarding our health and exposure during these Covid times. They were very professional and easy to deal with !!! They had the old tank out and the new one in place in a very organized fashion and they explained our new system thoroughly. They also provided us a gas permit and the phone number to call to have a City of Kelowna inspector do a follow up.

From booking our appointment for an annual check on our furnace to the departure of the technician, we were extremely satisfied with this company. Our technician Jeff, was professional, knowledgeable and careful when adhering to Covid protocols. He even told us how to go about applying for a $50 rebate from ******for having this maintenance check done!
