We were sold on a service contract with Comfort Tech back in May when they came to service our AC and to my surprise our furnace as well! I am grateful I have the service as otherwise I likely would have forgotten to do this one. The service contact is definitely the way to go! One of my neighbours even flagged down my tech as he was leaving for help at his place!

We experienced excellent service! They very quickly diagnosed the problem with our furnace, got the new part and installed it the same day. Since it was very cold out, it was wonderful to have it taken care of so rapidly!
These guys are amazing. They go above and beyond - professional but also genuinely concerned that their customers stay warm. Came out even when fully booked because we really needed them.

I have had regular maintenance with Comfort Tech on my gas heating equipment and air conditioner for 7 years. I have always found the staff courteous, friendly, responsive and professional. I upgraded my furnace this week and would like to mention the team sent out to do the installation. Max, Dixon, Andre and Jason are just another example of the excellent staff working for Comfort Tech. They were hard working, respectful and a pleasure to work with. Nathan and Nick who are also staff members were excellent earlier in the week during consults. I will always recommend Comfort Tech.
I've used Comfort Tech for 3 years for annual maintenance, install thermostat, install water heater and a furnace installation. Always prompt service, always take the time to answer questions. Great company, great employees.
