All services were on time and for costs quoted ahead of service. Our tech was knowledgeable and helpful. All in all very good service. The available annual contract is a very good deal, in my opinion and takes the worry about emergency service.
Installed our efficient furnace a few years back, and later a new air conditioner. Have done annual inspections done by them on furnace and air conditioner. Knowledgeable, reasonable and attentive!

What a great experience!
After getting 2 other quotes we called Comfort Tech for our 3rd. Their salesman Nick Johnston met with us to explain our options/quote and he was excellent. Being an installer/tech and now in sales gave him the knowledge to really understand what was the best air con/furnace system for our home and far exceeded the other 2 quotes and sales guys.
The installers Chad & Colby were very friendly, professional and respectful. They did a really good install and cleaned up after.
Obviously an expenditure for these units is an expensive surprise however dealing with everyone at Comfort Tech made it a 5 ??experience and we highly recommend them.

Comfort Tech has wonderful staff; from those answering calls and setting up appointments to the technicians on site doing installations and regular servicing. We have purchased an air conditioner and a hot water tank from them over the years and have been very pleased with the whole process. We are also on the annual maintenance program and it is well worth it. Friends we have recommended are also pleased with the service. Cudos to you Comfort Tech!
