Set up an appointment to service my furnace/ac unit as we just moved and wanted the peace of mind knowing all was good. The comfort tech showed up on time and performed the service quickly and professionally and took the time to explain the relevant information to me and even explain the thermostat that we have. Once he was finished we immediately signed up for the yearly service package. Would definitely recommend this company.
Two smiling pros showed up right on time to check over our new furnace and heat pump. They poked, prodded, and even wriggled into the crawl space — all with good humor. An hour and a half later, everything was purring along nicely. Friendly, thorough, and they didn't leave a speck behind.
