We have had a lot of bad luck with our properties over the last year and have dealt with various services and trades that lacked professionalism. It was refreshing to see that there are still companies like Comfort Tech that are true professionals. Rob was our first introduction to Comfort Tech and he eagerly responded to our emergency call on a Saturday. He set the positive tone for the overall experience. The next phase was a team of Comfort Tech professionals (including Rob) that arrived at our door and all politely introduced themselves and explained what we were to expect. Denver was great, he kept us abreast of the situation throughout the installation process, provided us with clear options and was very knowledgeable. Other service companies we have experienced lacked communication and professionalism i.e. did not call before coming, did not tell us they have left, did not put down runners on the floor, etc but Comfort Tech truly excelled in this department. Congratulations on putting together a great team. We will definitely be recommending Comfort Tech to friends, neighbours, and family.
