Comfort Tech installed my new hot water tank. The office staff is so very pleasant to deal with. The techs were polite, friendly and very tidy. Nathan did a wonderful job. He is very thorough and double checked all aspects of his work. He also gave me some useful information as he went along. When all was done, the bifold door on the HWT closet was very tight and a bit difficult to close, as the new tank was ever so slightly bigger than the old one. Nathan took the door down a second time and shaved a little off on the inside where you can't see it and it closes smoothly now. He went above and beyond in my opinion. If you need HVAC or HWT assistance I highly recommend Comfort Tech. This is a compny with integrity.

Excellent friendly service
Comfort Tech has wonderful staff; from those answering calls and setting up appointments to the technicians on site doing installations and regular servicing. We have purchased an air conditioner and a hot water tank from them over the years and have been very pleased with the whole process. We are also on the annual maintenance program and it is well worth it. Friends we have recommended are also pleased with the service. Cudos to you Comfort Tech!
Comfort Tech is the BEST company I have ever had the privilege of doing business with. They were more than professional on every level and looked after all needs and questions I had regarding installation of my new furnace, UV light, Thermostat, and air-conditioner. Everything was accomplished in a very timely matter, and they left the place spotless. I would very highly recommend them... they truly were the best!
We were very pleased start to finish. Everyone showed up on time, which is always a good way to start! Jeff explained our options and answered all our questions - no pressure. Matt, Max and David were very polite and did good work. They took care moving items in and out of the house, and cleaned up after the job every time they were here. We are happy with the service and product we received from Comfort Tech.
We were once again very pleased recently with Comfort-Tech when we had our planned service on our furnace. The technician Olivier was on time, friendly and efficient. It makes all the difference when a company communicates well with the customer (thanks Kelsey) and the work is completed as expected!

Comfort Tech installed a new furnace and air conditioning units for my old house bringing it up to code. it was a good experience, from my initial call to them to the prefield quote and final installation, it was quick. they did excellent professional workmanship in detail, being courteous the whole while. Kudos and thx to the entire team at Comfort Tech !
