I was in the middle of a full scale renovation and my furnace was full of dust and half the ducting in my home was torn out when the furnace stopped working. This was a huge concern as it was the middle of winter. Comfort tech sent out a service tech by the name of Aussie Mike first thing in the morning. This guy was great, super professional, knowledgeable and he got my furnace cleaned up and running right away. What I liked best was how thorough he was and that he was able to reassure me that my furnace had not been damaged and simply needed a quick clean followed by a through clean once our Reno was done. Definitely a relief!
Well, not surprised this business is rocking 4.9 stars! I got a call from my tenant at 830 PM on Fri night. Their HVAC packed it in at a time when it was only about to get colder. I didn't think for one moment I would get ahold of someone on a Fri night. I called Comfort Tech because of their high stars, I got a message and thought, oh no, my tenants are going to freeze to death! I left a message hoping someone would contact me first thing in the morning. Nope, my phone rang back in less than 5 min! Not only that, Slavic told to me give him my tenants number and he would call them to try and troubleshoot the issue over the phone so I wouldn't have to pay a callout charge. Thanks Slavic and Comfort Tech for not taking full financial advantage in a time where you could have collected on quite an invoice. Your professionalism will not be forgotten!

I have had CT twice in the past year to my home. Once, to install a new furnace - which i was very pleased with and the second time was to do a complimentary service on the furnace. Aussie M*** was on time and very informative.

Comfort tech installed our furnace , air conditioner and hot water tank a few years ago. The service was amazing. They were thorough and very knowledgeable. We had our furnace serviced this fall and had a problem with our gas fireplace. Aussie M*** came to service it and was very knowledgeable and professional. He soon solved the problem. I would recommend this company for all your installation and service needs
I got a maintenance check on my gas fireplace and was extremely happy with the service provided by Aussie Mike! He was very proffesional, knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me everything that was going on with my fireplace and what to do and look out for in the future with it, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend comfort tech to anyone, especially if Mike is the person to come to your home!
