We have had Comfort Tech for a few years using for maintenance as well as a replacement furnace. Only one service person not happy, nor did we mix well with. I was happy to see they listened and corrected the situation and we are back on board. Happy to see them back as it makes us feel very comfortable again that both A/C & Heating are all working and good. They don't try to push not needed repairs. We see them twice a year for maintenance checks.

They are very professional, giving us details of what they have to do. They respect our safety, always have been on time. Good workmanship. We have used them for years for our heating and cooling system. We will continue to use their service. I would highly recommend them.
The unit is fantastic; it works beautifully and almost soundlessly. I had to call them for the 1-year (and included in purchase price) service. I also had to pay for next year's service in advance, which I find very odd as I have not encountered this with any business before. The service tech was really professional, courteous and knowledgeable so that was very much appreciated!
