We were very pleased with their service. They called to confirm the day before. They also gave us a 2 hour window when the appointment would be. The service technician was friendly, removed his shoes upon entering our home.
Technician arrived on time, was courteous, thorough, and invoice was as promised. Good work.
Notwithstanding, seasonal challenges, Comfort Tech responded to a home heating failure within 24 hours! An amazingly rapid response these days.

A perfect experience! From my initial phone call , appointments and discussions with a terrific company representative. He was fair and presented all options. I actually decided to proceed with Comfort Tech because **** was such a fine, honest and ******* fellow. As were **** and **** who arrived within a week to do a flawless install. They were engaging and explained various options, as well as fully explaining how to operate the new furnace.This sounds corny, but it actually felt like these 3 colleagues were a family of sorts.
