Being in the service Industry, I know what it takes to ensure customer satisfaction. I have many compliments to give Jeff and Terri, but I will stick to the one that has meant the most and won me over as a satisfied customer.
My hot water tank went on a weekend (isn't that when they all go) so I flipped through the yellow pages looking for someone to replace it asap. After a couple different calls the best anyone could do was Monday morning. The company I hired initially was another reputable firm that had more than 20 years experience so I felt confident in getting decent service. While fixing my hotwater tank I asked him to look at my furnace as it was making a rattling noise. He said the motor had to be rebuilt so he took it away the same day to repair it and returned the next day. The new hot water tank was up and running but now the furnace guy couldn't get the furnace to start up again. The owner operator of this company tried for several hours to try and get it going again and finally said he was going to bring in an electrician because he felt it was in the wiring somewhere. The electrician arrived at approx 10:00 the next day and was still trying to get the furnace going until well past dinner time with no luck. I told him that was all the time I was going to give him....he basically threw his hands up in the air not able to fix it.
Comfort Tech was called that evening and arrived promptly the next morning. Jeff diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes.....went out to get the parts and within the hour my furnace was up and running again.
Now within 2 weeks with my new hot water tank went cold.....no hot water. I called the original guy thinking that since he installed it....he would honour the 1 year warranty on it.....wrong. He said this particular brand was having so many issues I was going to have to call the local rep and deal with him. I called Terri at Comfort tech and told her about the warranty issue I was having with my new hot water tank that was installed by another company. She took down all the particulars on model # and handled my warranty issue with the manufacturer when the original installer wouldn't.
I wish that I had called Comfort Tech the first time. So, as the saying goes, Why shop anywhere else? I highly recommend Comfort Tech for any of your heating and cooling needs. Thanks for all your great service.
