When we decided to put air conditioning in our house I called in three quotations, and though Comfort Tech was not the lowest price, and though they did not have the slickest presentation, there was something about Jeff and Terri that immediately inspired my trust.  That something could be characterized as Comfort Tech "cares about its clients".  This was evidenced in the time Jeff took to find the best place to put my air conditioner (so I would not be disturbed by the noise) and Terri's cheery and prompt follow up and answers to all my questions.  The installation was done on time, and everything that was promised completed in a timely manner.  Today I received a follow up email from Terri, inquiring about my satisfaction level, which I was able to report is - very high.  The air conditioner is working perfectly, and we will continue to use and recommend Comfort Tech.
