I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how impressed we are with you and your company. Terri, Jeff and everyone else who works at Comfort Tech is always so eager to help, our calls are answered like we're your best customers and the response and or solutions are always timely and explained fully.

When our furnace decided to 'kick the can' just before a nasty cold spell, Jeff took very good care of us - brought extra heaters, showed us which parts were faulty and what it would take to get everything up and running again. The evening Jeff and Terri came over and sat with us at our kitchen table really made an impact on us. They came equipped with 3 different options, specs, prices, warranty info, and all the rebates we would be entitled to - WOW!! We knew we were in the right hands. Every concern we had was addressed, every question was answered thoroughly, and at the end of it we slept well that night knowing that Terri and Jeff were honest, fair and genuinely cared that we made the best decision for our situation.

We have recommended Comfort Tech a few times in the last couple of months and we will continue to do so every chance we get.
