Installations / hook-ups
When you purchase a new swimming pool heater from your local pool dealer, it is essential that the appliance is properly commissioned. The installation of gas-fired swimming pool heaters is regulated - meaning that it's your responsibility as the homeowner to hire a licensed gas contractor do the hook-up of the appliance, take out the appropriate permits, and have the installation inspected (where required by law).

Warranty Service
Comfort Tech Heating & Cooling is the local Hayward warranty depot - if you have an issue with a Hayward pool heater or heat pump, please contact us first. We can often expedite the warranty process and get your heat back on in short order. Even if you need replacement parts, we are able to deal directly with Hayward and so can get what you need quickly and efficiently.
